These terms govern your use of powersouth305.com. By using this website, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
In these terms, "Power South Chiropractic," "we," "us" and "our" mean Power South Corp.
1. This website is not medical advice
The information on this website is general information about our practice and the care we offer: chiropractic, rehabilitation, massage therapy, cupping and assisted stretching. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for an in-person examination. Every patient is different, and only an evaluation by a licensed provider can determine what care is right for you.
2. Using this site doesn't make you a patient
Browsing this website, sending us a message, texting us or booking an appointment online does not create a doctor–patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you are seen and accepted for care at one of our clinics.
3. Emergencies
This website is not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency — including a serious injury after an accident, chest pain, loss of consciousness, numbness or weakness, or loss of bladder or bowel control — call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
4. Car accident and insurance information
Our pages about car accidents, Florida Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and insurance are general information only. They are not legal or insurance advice, and the law can change.
- Florida PIP rules require that you receive initial care within 14 days of a crash to be eligible for PIP medical benefits.
- A chiropractic physician can provide that initial care, but cannot make an "emergency medical condition" determination, which affects the amount of benefits available. That determination must be made by a medical doctor, osteopathic physician, physician assistant or advanced practice registered nurse.
- We cannot promise or guarantee any insurance benefit, coverage amount or legal outcome.
For advice about your claim, talk to your insurer or an attorney.
5. No guaranteed results
Descriptions of our care, and patient reviews, describe what may be possible. They are not promises. Individual results vary, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome from treatment.
6. Appointments and hours
Online booking is provided by PatientPop (part of Tebra), our scheduling provider, and is subject to its terms. A booking request is confirmed only when we confirm it.
The hours and open/closed status shown on this site are provided for convenience and may change, including on holidays and by-appointment days. Please call or text 305-440-0724 to confirm before you visit.
7. Insurance verification
When you send us your insurance details to verify coverage, we will check your benefits and let you know what we find. Verification is an estimate, not a guarantee of coverage or payment. Your insurer makes the final decision on what it pays, and you are responsible for any amounts your insurance does not cover.
8. Messages, texts and privacy
Email and regular text messages are not encrypted. Please don't send detailed medical information through our contact form, by email or by text. Call us instead. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy and, for patients, our Notice of Privacy Practices.
9. Reviews and testimonials
Patient reviews shown on this site are real reviews written by individuals about their own experiences. Your experience and results may differ, and reviews are not a guarantee of your outcome.
10. Other websites and services
This site links to services we don't control, including PatientPop for booking, Google Maps for directions and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
11. Our content
The text, photographs, logo, design and other content on this site belong to Power South Chiropractic or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or use our content, name or logo for commercial purposes without our written permission.
12. Acceptable use
Please don't misuse this website. That includes trying to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, submitting false or misleading information, sending spam through our forms, or using automated tools to collect content from it.
13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is" and "as available." We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Power South Chiropractic is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Florida law, and nothing here changes the professional standard of care owed to our patients.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
