Chiropractic
Diagnosing and treating the spine.
A Chiropractor, or Doctor of chiropractic medicine, is a licensed medical professional who specializes in diagnosing and treating disorders of the musculoskeletal and nervous system, especially in the spine.
How care works
Your first visit is an examination: history, movement testing and hands-on assessment to find where motion is restricted and what the nerves and muscles are doing about it. From there we build a staged plan rather than repeating the same adjustment indefinitely.
Techniques we use
Adjustment technique is matched to the patient — a lighter instrument-assisted approach for some, a specific manual adjustment for others.
Diversified
Specific, hands-on adjustment to restore motion in a restricted joint.
Thompson Drop-Table
A segmented table that drops with the adjustment, so less force is needed.
Gonstead
Detailed analysis of a single segment before a precisely targeted adjustment.
Activator Method
A handheld instrument delivering a controlled low-force impulse.
Alongside the adjustment
Electrical muscle stimulation for muscles stuck in protect mode, corrective exercise so the change holds, and ergonomics education for how you sit, lift, train and sleep.
