Sports rehabilitation
Rehab where you already train.
Strains, tweaks and overuse injuries handled by a doctor who has worked with professional football and baseball teams — in clinics built inside the gyms.
Who this is for
Athletes and everyday lifters dealing with a strain, a joint that stopped moving right, or an overuse injury that keeps coming back the first busy training week. Dr. Vito has spent fifteen-plus years on these injuries, including work with professional football and baseball teams, where a plan that takes three months to start working is not a plan.
Return-to-play progression
Rest alone is not rehabilitation. Care runs in stages: settle the pain and restore motion, then load the tissue progressively, then rebuild the movement your sport actually asks for. Milestones are set at the first visit so you know what earns the next step.
Rehabilitation, under the chiropractic license
Rehabilitation here means corrective exercise, electrical muscle stimulation, manual and soft-tissue work, and ergonomics and movement education, provided by a chiropractic physician. Massage therapy and cupping run alongside it when they help.
Recovery between sessions
Soft-tissue work, cupping and assisted stretching are timed around your training week rather than against it.
