Car accident & personal injury

Florida gives you 14 days.

Under Florida's no-fault PIP law you must receive initial medical care within 14 days of a crash or you forfeit your medical benefits. We get you seen inside that window — same or next day.

The 14-day window

Personal Injury Protection is still Florida law. Care received within 14 days of the crash keeps your medical benefits available; care that starts later does not. Coverage is $10,000 where an emergency medical condition has been determined, and $2,500 where it has not.

A chiropractic physician can provide the qualifying initial care that opens your claim, but cannot make the emergency-medical-condition determination — that requires an MD, DO, PA or ARNP. Our job is to get you examined and treated inside the 14-day window and coordinate the rest of your care from there.

What we see after a crash

Whiplash and neck strain, disc injury, soft-tissue damage through the back, shoulders and hips, and concussion follow-up. Low-speed impacts do this too. Imaging often comes back clean while symptoms persist for weeks — that does not mean nothing happened, and it is one of the reasons a documented examination matters early.

Documentation and coordination

Every visit is examined, recorded and reported: findings, diagnosis, treatment plan and progress. We share that record with your attorney and your adjuster so your claim reflects what your body is actually doing, and we refer out when you need imaging or a physician determination.

What to do now

Call or text 305-440-0724 or book online. Bring your insurance information and the crash report if you have it — if you do not, come anyway and we will work it out.
